SeaSide Bar Wine & Grill
Mediterranean cooking, a wood-fired oven and a sunset bar over the bay
Note: Also written Sea Side. Beside Hotel La Concha on the Pichilingue road.
SeaSide Bar Wine & Grill is a Mediterranean and international restaurant on the Pichilingue road, at km 5.5 beside Hotel La Concha in Palmira, with every table facing the Bay of La Paz. Its kitchen is built around local produce and an open wood-fired oven, and its sunset bar serves cocktails and wine as the light goes down over the water.
Dishes it is known for include a Mediterranean octopus salad, the catch of the day cooked in the wood oven, house-made pasta (the Triangolo Club, with shrimp, pancetta and portobello) and a ribeye burger with Brie. There are vegetarian options and food at happy hour. This is a special-occasion price point: the restaurant puts the average dinner at about $1,000 pesos per person.
It is open every day from 2 PM to 11 PM all year, with valet parking. Booking ahead is a good idea on weekends and at sunset; you can reserve online, by phone or on WhatsApp. It also offers romantic dinner packages and hosts private events and weddings.
