Cardón Restaurant is the restaurant at the El Cortés golf club in Puerta Cortés, at km 7.5 of the Pichilingue road. It sits above the course with views over the Bay of La Paz, and Hotel Indigo La Paz Puerta Cortés lists it among its restaurants. The cooking is Mexican, built on local ingredients, and there is outdoor seating and a cocktail bar.
It serves breakfast from 8 AM Tuesday to Sunday, and dinner from 5 to 11 PM Wednesday to Saturday. Breakfast ends at 12:30 PM Tuesday to Saturday and runs until 2:30 PM on Sunday. It is closed on Mondays. There are separate breakfast, dinner, drinks and wine menus, in Spanish and English.
