Tres Vírgenes is a restaurant on Calle Francisco I. Madero in the centre of La Paz, a couple of blocks from the Malecón. Its tables are set in an open-air courtyard, and the kitchen cooks over mesquite and in a wood-fired oven.
The kitchen is known for mesquite-grilled meats and regional seafood. Dishes it is known for include grilled octopus, braised oxtail and short ribs; on Google, octopus starters run about MX$360, a margherita pizza for two MX$285 and a BBQ burger MX$230. There is a bar known for its cocktails.
It is open from 2 to 11 PM every day except Wednesday, when it is closed. Its Google listing also takes orders online.
