Sushi Factory
Sushi chain restaurant in Plaza Forjadores, open daily from noon
Note: Called SF Cinépolis Forjadores on the chain's branch list.
Sushi Factory is a Mexican sushi chain with about 20 restaurants in cities such as Culiacán, Tijuana, Monterrey, Guadalajara and Mexico City. Its one La Paz branch is in Plaza Forjadores on Boulevard Forjadores, which the chain calls Plaza Cinépolis Forjadores, so it is handy for dinner around a movie.
The menu is sushi rolls and Japanese-Mexican dishes such as yakimeshi; Google's menu highlights include the Oishi Roll, the Cheese Lava Roll, the Monster Roll and the Yakimeshi Emperador. There are vegan options, and it has screens for watching sport. Diners on Google report spending about $200–300 pesos per person.
It is open every day from noon to 10:30 PM. The chain also sells party trays (charolas) and runs promotions on its website.
